Why do we ask for this information?
ITRA GROUP collects the information you submit to understand your energy needs, contact you and prepare a possible meeting. We ask for your agreement before submission.
What information?
Your identity, company, email, contact details and any business or energy information you choose to provide. Your selected language is included with your request. Required fields are marked on the form.
Who can view it?
Authorised ITRA GROUP personnel responsible for your request. Form details are not displayed on the website and do not subscribe you to a newsletter. The website host provides the technical storage. Resend delivers notification emails containing your enquiry to authorised ITRA GROUP personnel.
Retention and your requests
The information is used to follow up your request and any resulting business relationship. When we contact you, you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your agreement to be contacted.
The map and language preference
The three markers indicate the city centres of Lubumbashi, Likasi and Kolwezi. They do not represent a power plant or its service area. Map: Natural Earth; markers: GeoNames. A preference cookie remembers only your language choice. Visit statistics also use a random session identifier kept in your browser tab and renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity. This tracking stores no name, email or IP address and does not follow your activity on other websites. Statistics also count successfully saved forms and clicks revealing our phone number, to compare contact actions with visits. For authorised team members, a secure authentication cookie keeps the private dashboard session signed in for up to 12 hours.
