KORVEXA GROUP

INTERNATIONAL CONSORTIUM

An international consortium.
One coordinated organisation.

Large energy projects require more than equipment. They require the right expertise, clear responsibilities and teams that work together from the first discussion through to long-term operation.

ITRA GROUP is the founder and lead coordinator of the Korvexa International Consortium, serving as Project Lead and Lead EPC Contractor. ITRA oversees overall project development and execution, coordinating the consortium’s specialized engineering disciplines, EPC partners and technical stakeholders to ensure seamless integration, efficient project delivery and consistent quality from development through construction and commissioning.

The expertise to cover the whole project

  1. Commercial development

Understanding your energy requirements, developing the supply solution and structuring the commercial relationship.

  2. Legal and contractual support

Establishing clear agreements, responsibilities and contractual arrangements throughout the project.

  3. Engineering, procurement and construction — EPC

Designing the generation and storage systems, sourcing equipment and managing construction through to commissioning.

  4. Energy distribution

Designing, building and maintaining the dedicated electrical networks that carry power from our plants to consumers. Our scope extends beyond producing electricity to delivering it through the distribution infrastructure needed to serve your operations.

  5. Civil works

Preparing sites and constructing the foundations, access routes and supporting infrastructure required for the plants and their distribution networks.

  6. Logistics and site coordination

Organising equipment transport, deliveries and site activities to keep the different workstreams aligned.

  7. Monitoring, site surveillance and maintenance

Overseeing infrastructure, supporting site security and maintaining generation, storage and distribution equipment throughout its operating life.

Built to manage projects at scale

This combination of capabilities gives KORVEXA the organisational strength to manage energy projects with capacities of several hundred megawatts, including the infrastructure required to distribute that energy to consumers.

By keeping these disciplines within the same consortium, we reduce fragmented handovers, repeated explanations and the risk of information being lost between separate organisations. Consumer requirements inform the engineering; generation and distribution are planned together; and operational needs are considered from the outset.

The result is clearer accountability, more direct communication and better continuity between each stage of the project—helping reduce avoidable delays and keeping decisions aligned with the consumer’s needs.

Confidence beyond commissioning

For a major energy consumer, confidence comes from knowing who is responsible, how electricity will reach their operations and who will remain involved once the infrastructure is operating.

KORVEXA brings these responsibilities together, combining specialist expertise with coordinated project leadership and a long-term commitment to performance.
